Core Laboratories enable discoveries to expand prediction, diagnosis and treatment of disease.

LMM bridges research and clinical medicine, translating novel discoveries into genetic tests and accelerating personalized medicine by using new molecular tests in patient care.

The eighth annual conference will take place November 28-29, 2012 and will highlight the advances and international impact of personalized medicine.

The program is intended to advance translational genomics by leveraging the Partners Biorepository and RPDR to identify biological markers that can be used as potential predictive tests.

The William K. Bowes, Jr. Award in Medical Genetics was established to recognize and honor annually an outstanding physician or scientist who is completing his or her training in the area of medical genetics or a combined training program with medical genetics.
The Partners Biorepository for Medical Discovery (PBMD) aims to foster collaborations among investigators, physicians and patients seen at Partners HealthCare institutions. This Partners-wide project has been at the forefront of developing the tools needed to expedite the discovery and introduction of new ways to fight disease.
PCPGM supports the Clinical Genetics Residencies and Clinical Laboratory Fellowships that are accredited by the American College of Graduate Medical Education and the American Board of Medical Genetics. Training occurs at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Children's Hospital Boston, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
