Methods of Payment

The Laboratory for Molecular Medicine offers several billing options for our clients and their patients; however, we do not bill insurance companies and are unable to begin testing without accurate billing information.

Option 1: Institutional Billing

The Laboratory for Molecular Medicine will bill the referring institution or an alternate facility. Please include the facility name, address, billing contact person, and phone number on the requisition form.

Option 2: Pre-Payment

The Laboratory for Molecular Medicine accepts cashier's check, money order, and credit card. Checks should be made payable to Partners HealthCare Center for Personalized Genetic Medicine. If you have questions about other forms of pre-payment, please contact us at 617-768-8500 or lmm@partners.org.
